By using Zylosia, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use Zylosia.

1. What Zylosia is

Zylosia provides general, educational hair-care guidance personalized from the answers you give in the hair quiz. Zylosia is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it does not guarantee hair growth or any particular result. For scalp conditions, hair loss, allergies, or other medical concerns, please speak with a qualified professional.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You may delete your account at any time from your account area. Deletion is permanent.
• We may suspend or close accounts that are used abusively or in breach of these terms.

3. Purchases

• Zylosia V1 is a one-time purchase that unlocks the paid V1 sections for your account. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
• Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle's terms and refund handling apply to the transaction.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.
• Access is tied to your Zylosia account and is for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share Zylosia's paid content.
• Do not attempt to bypass payment, access other users' accounts, or interfere with the service.
• Do not use Zylosia for any unlawful purpose.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the information you enter, such as your quiz answers and reflections. You grant Zylosia permission to store and process that information so we can provide your personalized guidance. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Zylosia name, branding, logo, website, original written content, original graphics, software, and other materials created by or for Zylosia are intended to remain the property of Zylosia or their respective rights holders, as applicable.

You may access and use Zylosia V1 for your own personal, non-commercial hair-care use. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from Zylosia materials without appropriate authorization.

7. No warranties

Zylosia is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the guidance will suit every person or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Results vary from person to person.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zylosia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to Zylosia.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy for information about when refunds may be requested and how to submit a request.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
